This is a 1970s vintage teal blue dress with accent purple piping and necktie in a wonderfully soft brushed cotton. It has a pleated button-up bodice that leads to a belted waist with pretty hand embroidery adorning the shoulder yokes and waistband. The cuffs are also pleated with three matching buttons, and the length is approximately below the knee, so it would be fabulous with some platform 1970s boots!
